  The staff here are usually fairly helpful and polite especially on days when there aren't many customers, but when I came here on a busy public holiday, their attitude was absolutely terrible. First off, the Vietnamese woman taking my order didn't even accept my loyalty membership card and just took my money as I was fumbling with it. She took a good 15 minutes to prepare my drink and then proceeded to spill my drink and didn't even bother to apologise. Honestly, the drink was great but the staff? Not so much. I don't think I'd be coming back any time soon.

  Decent coffee as expected from a chain store. Not much can beat getting bread top next door and chilling with a coffee with your friends.

  My first time here, I walked in 5.28pm and the lady at the counter says they're closed, and I asked what time they close and she said 5.30pm. I told her it's not 5.30 yet, but she continued to pack and ignore me.
