  I have been buying from Redlea for a long time, especially in Cabbramatta. They are a very crowded place and I understand that sometimes the workers are tired and their attitude are unpleasant but there is no excuse to be rude and the workers here are rude. Apart from that the chickens and chips are quite good

  The staff here are usually fairly helpful and polite especially on days when there aren't many customers, but when I came here on a busy public holiday, their attitude was absolutely terrible. First off, the Vietnamese woman taking my order didn't even accept my loyalty membership card and just took my money as I was fumbling with it. She took a good 15 minutes to prepare my drink and then proceeded to spill my drink and didn't even bother to apologise. Honestly, the drink was great but the staff? Not so much. I don't think I'd be coming back any time soon.
